Ubi omnes rum abierunt? (Where did all  the rum go?) At Unum Craft Distillations we do things a bit differently and this rum is no exception. Instead of using the standard Black Strap molasses, we use Panela sugar; an unrefined sugar from Columbia that imparts so much interesting flavor. Expect aromas of flowers, candy and hints of caramel. Intensely flavorful but oh-so smooth. This rum is great neat, on the rocks or try using it in your favorite rum based cocktails. 41.4% alc/vol
